Hi,

is there a Script Command to Enable/Disable specific CUE´s in the Timeline? Or change the value from "jumpToCue" to "Continue" and reverse.

Yes there is, all the above can be found in the settings of the cue. Here an example:

sequence1.Cue1.Settings.IgnoreCue.Value =true
